Terms of Use
1. What Realoscope is - and is not
Realoscope by BCubed is a software tool for real-estate deal screening and education. It does not provide investment, legal, tax, brokerage, lending, or financial advice. Nothing in the product or on this site is an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or property, and no investment functionality is offered. Realoscope does not promise, project, or guarantee any outcome, profit, or return.
2. Screening-level outputs only
Scores, routes, proformas, financing scenarios, rankings, and any guide output are screening estimates generated from your inputs and stated assumptions. They are not appraisals, valuations, underwriting, lender quotes, or offers of credit. Verify everything independently with licensed professionals before making decisions.
3. Your data and your responsibility for rights
You may enter, paste, or import deal information only if you have the right to use it. By importing data (including CSV files, pasted listing text, and manually entered facts) you represent that your use does not violate copyright, database rights, contracts, or a platform's terms of service. Realoscope stores restricted-platform URLs as link-only references and does not fetch, copy, or scrape their content - and you agree not to use Realoscope to store or distribute content you are not authorized to use.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, crawl, or bulk-harvest third-party sites into Realoscope, and do not upload data obtained that way.
- Do not upload content that infringes others' rights, including listing photos, offering memoranda, or proprietary databases you are not licensed to use.
- Do not use Realoscope to make, market, or solicit securities offerings.
- Do not attempt to access other users' workspaces, probe our infrastructure, or misuse the service.
5. Accounts and workspaces
Free accounts store your buy boxes and review queue in a private cloud workspace. You are responsible for your credentials and for the members you invite. You can export your data as JSON and can request account deletion (see the Privacy Policy).
6. Third-party data and AI limitations
Live data (for example FRED® rates and U.S. Census/ACS demographics, and later plan-gated providers) is provided "as is", may be cached, delayed, or incomplete, and is subject to each provider's terms. Some providers are locked until usage metering launches. Guide features are rule-based today; if live AI reasoning launches, its outputs will remain screening-level guidance that can be wrong and must be verified - never advice.
7. Availability and changes
Realoscope is under active development. Features, limits, and plans may change, and the service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued. Paid tiers, when introduced, will have their own terms.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability (draft)
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BCubed is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for decisions made in reliance on screening outputs. Final liability language is subject to legal review.
